Usage:
1. used as foodditives.Sour agent, used in cool drinks, fruit sugar, jelly, ice cream, etc., mostly with the sour agent citric acid, fumaric acid and sodium hydroxide reaction made of monosodium salt, also used as sour condiment
2. used in the production of unsaturated polyester resin, which is characterized by good chemical corrosion resistance and heat resistance; the copolymer of fumaric acid and vinyl acetate is a good adhesive, and the copolymer of styrene is the raw material for manufacturing FRP.
